The Site Logistics Manager oversees and coordinates the logistics and systems support for all of our sites. This includes all systems of distributing and collecting materials that support our Weekend Service staff and ministry teams.
The primary way people hear our message is by attending one of our weekend services. The effectiveness of these services and the teams that support them directly impacts people’s ability to hear the message and consider its implications for their lives. The Music Coordinator is responsible to develop and lead an effective music team to lead the site community in an engaging experience of musical worship.
The Youth Coordinator provides visionary, pastoral and organizational leadership for the youth ministry at a site.
The Meeting House is launching a new site in Richmond Hill! The Richmond Hill Lead Pastor will work with cross-regional staff and the local core team to establish volunteer teams, connect volunteers and community members with the site and cast the vision for the site launch. The Lead Pastor will take the vision and structure of The Meeting House and implement it in Richmond Hill. As the site becomes established, the Lead Pastor will give overall leadership to the Richmond Hill site by integrating new people into community, developing strong Home Churches, and mobilizing the community for our shared mission.

The Video Editor role is to edit videos produced by The Meeting House into final completed video products, as well as producing less involved video projects through production and post-production and provide general assistance to overall video production as required.
The role of the Lead Pastor is to provide leadership and oversight for a specific region within The Meeting House, ensuring alignment of the Site (leaders and community) and its goals to the overall purpose, mission and strategy of The Meeting House. Working primarily through the Home Church network, the Lead Pastor seeks to foster loving communities of fully committed Christ-followers. The Lead Pastor is responsible to help everyone in the region take their next step towards full participation in community, and to mobilize people to achieve the mission and purpose of The Meeting House.
